To be able to access these documents you will firstly need to register your company details and enter the following Tender Access Code (TAC) 04T522365 at the bottom of the registration page, thereafter you will be issued with a USERNAME and PASSWORD. If you have already registered with Delta previously, please follow the link shown and click on the 'Delta-ets Home' tab instead. This will redirect you to the home page where you can log on using your existing username and password to collect the tender documents. You must then log back into Delta-ets and then click on the Vault tab, if you have added the TAC code to your registration you will automatically view the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire title, click on this link and you will be taken to the relevant documents. If you have previously accessed Vault then please enter the TAC code into vault and you will then be able to access the documentation. Written replies will be provided to all enquires and any points of clarification or information will be circulated to prospective tenderers via the Delta email system only. Completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaires must be submitted via the delta online tendering system before the deadline stated. No other format will be accepted. Please ensure that you allow plenty of time when responding to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire prior to the closing date and time. It is best practice to ensure all final documents are uploaded to the Vault at least two hours before the closing time to ensure that any inadvertent technical issues do not prevent tender submission.
