VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (if applicable) Applications are invited from proven service providers who are able to provide catering services including school meals,lunch,mid-morning break and potential breakfast services at the Burton Borough School, Newport, Shropshire,which is a secondary school of approx. 1,000 pupils situated within the Borough of Telford & Wrekin. Conforming tenders to be submitted. However, variants may be considered, but the Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept any variants. In the event of the tender response being inadequete in either the number of bids received or the quality of bids received, the Contracting Authority will move automatically to the Negotiated Procedure without a further notice. Any move to the Negotiated Procedure will apply for the full duration of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award a contract, or to award any option(s) it so wishes. Enterprises selected to submit a tender should not assume that their selection implies any recognition or acceptance of their suitability to undertake the contract. Service providers selected for inclusion in the tendering process will be invited to complete tender documents.
