VI.3) Additional information: Telford & Wrekin Council have taken all relevant factors into account and have made the decision to use their discretion to abandon/cancel the procurement process for the tender. The Council intend to resume the procurement process in due course.
The justification for this decision is that due to ambiguity within the evaluation methodology, the content of the tender makes it impossible to accept the most economically advantageous tender. This decision is made in compliance with the principle of equal treatment.
