Telford & Wrekin require a prime contractor to supply and manage the council¿s PSN network which currently covers Telford & Wrekin Council¿s corporate buildings, schools, home workers and any other sites requiring services from the council in and out of the Telford area.
The prime contractor is also required to manage and support the existing Cisco Call Manager & Contact Centre systems. In addition the council may wish to procure network and telephony equipment from the supplier which may include upgrade, updates and disposal of obsolete items.
