4. Description: Waste and rubbish containers and bins. Soldering, brazing and welding tools, surface tempering and hot-spraying machines and equipment. Engineering works and construction works. Telford and Wrekin Council is a Unitary Authority located in the West Midlands in
North East Shropshire. The Authority¿s main offices are located in two buildings
in Central Telford with a number of small satellite offices throughout the Borough.

The Authority is seeking tenders for the manufacture and supply of metal litter
and dog waste bins to the specification provided. The successful supplier will be expected to manufacture a prototype for examination prior to the Authority placing an initial order. The Authority expects to place an initial order for bulk supply in the region of 200 bins and thereafter requirements are likely to range from a single to 20 bins.
