The award is to deliver coaching and mentoring support to aspiring entrepreneurs, start-ups and established/growing businesses. Support may include one to one support, workshops, virtual training sessions, etc. The successful tenderer will develop and deliver the service.

Social Value is one of the key themes of the Local Government National Procurement Strategy and the public sector must consider it as part of a procurement exercise.
