Other Information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement,and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.


Tender for the Water Play area within Telford Town Park is required in lots 1 or 2, and a price for each is required. Telford & Wrekin Council reserve the right to go with either one or both or none lots.

Each fully priced Tender to include a breakdown of overall cost relating to supply only of equipment, supply and installation, base works for safer surfacing and any other ground works required. Also, full costs for safer surfacing

Each play area design must be appropriately integrated into the surrounding landscape of the site.

Play value should be maximised as far as possible for physical and social development. The play area must provide for integrated play opportunities in line with current recommendations.
